Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private notice issued to respondents by RPAD is returned unserved with postal remark "left". He seeks some time to provide present correct address of the respondent and/or to take appropriate steps for service. At his request, time is granted till 15.06.2017 to do so, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. 2.

If present correct address is provided within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to issue fresh notice to the respondent at his present correct, returnable eight weeks thereafter.
