The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction that revision filed by the Petitioner be directed to be disposed of. It seems that the hearing of the said Revision Application was concluded in the year 2015, but as yet no orders have been passed by the Revisionary Authority. The learned AGP Mrs.Salunkhe on the basis of instructions received vide letter dated 15/11/2017 of the Section Officer, Co-operation Marketing and Textiles Department of the Government of Maharashtra, makes a statement that the Revision Application Nesarikar

2 / 2 906-WP-13939-17.odt would be heard denovo by the Honourable Minister of State for Co-operation, Government of Maharashtra and the same would be decided within six weeks from date.

In view of the said statement, there is no warrant to keep the above Petition pending. It is expected of the State Government in view of the statement made by the learned AGP that, the Revision Application would be decided within six weeks from date. To facilitate the same, we direct the Petitioner to appear before the Honourable Minister of State for Cooperation, Government of Maharashtra, on 20/11/2017 at 03.00 p.m. with a copy of this order.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.

All parties to act on copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Sheristedar. The letter dated 15/11/2017 of the Section Officer is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
