The limited grievance made by the petitioner in the Writ Petition is in respect of non-furnishing of the document, on the basis of which the charge-sheet dated 21.06.2018 is issued to the petitioner, so as to enable him to respond to the said charge-sheet by filing a detail reply.

2, The learned AGP has tendered before us a communication dated 27.06.2019, addressed to the petitioner wherein the Deputy Secretary of the Department has informed the petitioner that the documents sought by him are made available and N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

In light of the said communication dated 27.06.2019 the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission granted.
