The learned counsel appointed for the applicants fairly submits that in the present case, i.e. the Sessions Case No.563 of 2013, the trial has commenced. The Court has recorded the substantive evidence of two witnesses. This Court is hopeful that the trial will proceed in accordance with law. The next scheduled date is 14.10.2015. 2.

In view of this, the prayer for speedy trial has become infructuous.

The learned counsel appointed for the applicant has put in his best efforts. His professional fees are quantified at Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to be paid to him within three months. 4.
