By way of the Civil Application, applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the Review Application. 2.

The perusal of the order of which the review is sought would show that it is only granting liberty to withdraw the Petition. 1/2

It appears that there are various disputes with regard to management of the trust. If the parties have any grievance with regard to the same they can take appropriate proceedings under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. However, the Petition which is permitted to withdraw cannot be permitted to be re-opened, so as to settle the internal grievance in the trust.

Hence the Civil Application is rejected.
