By this Civil Application, the Applicant Insurance Co. seeks condonation of 67 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 26.12.2014 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation in Application (WCA) No.354/C-94/2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
