This matter is moved by way of a praecipe dated 10.6.2019 for withdrawal of C.R.A. Mr. Bagkar has tendered a communication dated 3.6.2019 addressed by the Secretary of the applicant society setting out therein that in pursuance of the out of Court settlement, they have handed over possession of the suit premises to the respondent-landlord and C.R.A. may be allowed to be withdrawn. Said communication dated 3.6.2019 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 4.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Bagkar, Civil Revision Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Refund of Court fees as permissible in law. Order accordingly.
