This civil application is filed seeking stay to the impugned judgment and order dated 26th December, 2014 passed by the Labour Court, Mumbai.

By an order dated 27th August, 2015, stay was granted to the impugned judgment and order subject to the applicant depositing the

It is informed to the Court that the entire decreetal amount has been deposited.

Hence the interim order passed on 27th August, 2015 is extended till disposal of the First Appeal.
