Heard. By this petition, the petitioner is challenging order dated 29.03.2014 passed by the respondent no.3 rejecting his appeal for furlough leave.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP placed on record letter of Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik written on 15.04.2015. The said letter reveals that subsequent to the impugned order, petitioner filed an application to the D.I.G. for Uday S. Jagtap

2034-14-wp=.doc reconsideration of the impugned order. This application was considered and the petitioner was released on furlough leave on 15.01.2015 and thereafter surrendered on 21.02.2015. 3.

In the light of the above facts, the present petition has rendered infructuous. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
