P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from P.S.I., Mr. Pawar, attached to Juhu Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, in view of the Order dated 22nd December, 2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 4290 of 2013, the learned Judge of the Sessions Court, Mumbai has already disposed off S.C. No.366 of 2014. Learned APP tendered across the bar a photocopy of the Order dated 25th February, 2015. The Petitioners herein are therefore discharged from the said case.

3) In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of C.R. No.332 of 2013 registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
