Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 21st March, 2016, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit C" to the petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
