This appeal takes an exception to the final order on the petition filed by the respondent - wife under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In view of sub section 2 of section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984, an appeal against the said order is not maintainable.

Accordingly, we permit the appellant to convert this appeal into a Revision Application under sub section 4 of section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within three weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. We permit the appellant to incorporate appropriate prayers, including prayers for interim relief. In view of this order, Civil Application 1/2

57-fca143-14 Nos.147 of 2015 and 197 of 2014 do not survive and the same are disposed of.

Ad-interim relief, if operative till today, is extended by one month from today.
