1) Heard. This is an application under section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Applicants herein are apprehending their arrest in crime no. 216 of 2015 registered at Oshiwara Police Station for offence punishable under sections 384, 341, 392, 506 (2), 323, r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2) By an order dated 18/05/2015, Vacation Court (Coram: A. S. Gadkari, J.) had granted interim protection to the present applicant.
