Heard petitioner in person. By this petition, the petitioner is seeking following relief:

" That this Honourable Court be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the Respondent no.1 (any other police station in Mumbai) to hold immediate investigation in respect of false, forged and fabricated public documents i.e. Revenue record of petitioners land at village Sarawli @ Manfod, pps

33 wp 2037-14.doc Dahanu, , be further directed to respondent no.1 to register FIR against the Respondent nos.2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 in accordance with law by passing appropriate orders on complaint lodged by petitioner." 2.

The petitioner in this regard had filed a complaint being OMA No. 4 of 2014 before the learned JMFC at Dahanu on 5.2.2014. Copy of which is annexed at Exhibit K to the complaint. This complaint is dismissed by the learned Magistrate on the ground that the complaint does not disclose any offence. The petitioner, if aggrieved, is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate court. 3.

So far as the prayer clause (b) is concerned, the relief claimed therein is civil in nature and the same cannot be granted. In view of the same, writ petition is dismissed.
