After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave granted. 2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the applicant is expedited, having regard to the age of the victim-boy, aged 5 years, lest the victim boy is unable to recollect the incident, due to passage of time. Accordingly, the learned Trial Judge to decide the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. ( REVATI MOHITE DERE, J. )
