This is an application for condonation of delay of 101 days in filing Civil Revision Application.

For the reasons stated in the application as also having regard to the fact that impugned orders are also subject matter of other Revision Applications, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Apart from that, there was also delay in filing Civil Revision Application No. 548 of 2012.

2 / 2 CAC/604 /2011 After hearing both sides, this Court has condoned the delay. In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
