The Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer that the execution and implementation of the judgment and order dated 7th April, 2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Pune in Application No.PGM/MISC, APPLI/SR/31/2014 be stayed and to issue appropriate writ to decide the S. A. No.56 of 2014 and S.A. No.105 of 2015 within a period of two months. As far as prayer cause (b) is concerned, we find that this prayer is innocuous and may be granted at its threshold. 2] In view of the above, we direct the DRT to decide the Securitisation Application No.56/2014 and S.A. No.105/2015 within a period of two months including the application for ad-interim relief or interim relief if filed by the Petitioners herein. In view of the above direction, the Petition is disposed of.
