1.

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. However, he submitted that the applicant is in custody since 10/11/2019. The respondent No.2 was very well knowing the applicant. They were on very good terms. She has not Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

2 / 2 10-ba-1030-20(f) mentioned it in the F.I.R. Therefore, her cross-examination will be most important in this case. Considering the overall situation, trial be expedited.

2.

I have considered these submissions. Though I am not inclined to grant bail in this case, the cross-examination of the witnesses in this particular case has its own significance. Therefore, it is necessary that the trial is held as early as possible. The applicant is already in custody since 10/11/2019. Therefore, the trial court is requested to take up this trial at the earliest and complete it as far as possible within a period of five months from today.

3.

With these observations, the application is disposed of. All the contentions raised by the applicant in this application are kept open to be decided during the trial.
