The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the trial of L.E. & C Suit No.65/98 of 2008 and R.A.D Suit No.351 of 2007, has already been expedited by this court by order dated 30-10-2012, passed in Writ Petition No. 4391 of 2012, the Trial Court is expected to proceed with the said Suits in terms of the said directions.
