Learned counsel for the Management states that the Management has already submitted proposal on 22nd January, 2010 to the Education Offcer seeking individual sanction to the post of the Assistant Teacher with respondent No.4 and the said proposal is still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner reiterates and confrms the statement made by the learned counsel for the Management. 2.

Learned counsel for the Management undertakes to furnish a copy of the said proposal dated 22nd January, 2010 to the

46.wp.2819.2021.odt Education Offcer, Raigad Zilla Parishad, Alibag within a period of one week from today. A copy of the covering letter along with a copy of the said proposal dated 22nd January, 2010 shall also be submitted to the petitioner. Upon receipt of such copy of the proposal, the Education Offcer shall consider the said proposal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of said proposal and shall convey the order that would be passed by the Education Offcer to the Management within a period of one week from the date of passing of that order.

If the proposal of the Management for appointment of the petitioner to the said proposal is approved by the Education Offcer, the Education Offcer shall release the amounts payable on granting such approval including the salary payable to the petitioner from the date of appointment within a period of four weeks thereafter. If the order passed by the Education Offcer is adverse against the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to fle appropriate proceedings. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
