This is second bail application. First bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5th December, 2019 on merits; However, the learned Trial Court was directed to conclude the trial preferably on or before 31st May, 2020.

That since trial has not been concluded before Shivgan 1/2

7-BA-10322020.odt 31st May, 2020, applicant has preferred this application for bail.

Mr. Dabke, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, informs that charge has been framed but the trial could not proceed due to Covid-19 pandemic. He after taking instructions from the Special Public Prosecutor, Mr. Ajay Misar, submits that trial will be concluded within fve months from today, i.e., 15th June, 2021. Statement is accepted. It is clarifed that if the trial is not concluded before 15th June, 2021, applicant can renew his request for bail.
