Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This application is for condonation of 7 days delay in filing Review Petition.
Advocate for the respondent submits that they have no objection if Civil Application is allowed.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as advocate for respondent has no objection, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: Mohite 1/2
10 cao147-16 A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
"(a) that the delay, of 7 days, in filing the present Review Petition be kindly condoned and the Review Petition be kindly heard on merits."
B) Applicant to remove all office objections in Review Petition within two weeks from today, failing which matter shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
C) If all office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to place Review Petition on board for admission thereafter immediately.
D) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
