Allegations of aggravated sexual assault by the applicant, aged 42 years on the child is corroborated by the medical reports. Doctor opined that victim was subjected to peno-vaginal sexual intercourse. The accused, when examined, told medical ofcer, act was consensual. This evidence, prima-facie, discloses, complicity of the applicant in the subject crime.
