Heard learned counsel Mr. Mane appearing for the Petitioner at length. The Petitioner has challenged the Government Resolution dated 15th June, 2021 whereby the Government decided to set up ofce of Joint Director at Satara. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the State Government ought to have set up the ofce of Joint Director at Solapur. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that though certain representations were submitted to the State Government in that respect certain issues of serious concern remained to be mentioned in the said representation.

On the backdrop of this submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the Megha 1 / 2

3_wp_213_2021 State Government by fling a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the necessary issues. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that such representation would be fled within two weeks from today. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the State Government by fling a detailed and comprehensive representation within two weeks from today. In case such representation is fled before the State Government within the stipulated period of two weeks, the State Government to decide the representation as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
