DATED : 27th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- On 21/1/2019, the applicant came to be released on bail with the following condition being imposed on him. "(iii)The applicant shall report MIDC police station once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 am and 1 p.m till further orders"

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been dutifully abided by the order since 2019, but now since the case is scheduled for framing of charge, condition shall be relaxed. Tilak
