Heard Mr. Shethia, learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms Fernandes, learned Counsel for the respondents. 2.

The learned Counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 28.03.2019 duly signed by the parties and their Advocates along with Power of Attorney, photocopy of identity card of Dharmendra Shakya issued by Dena Bank, Power of Attorney dated 29.04.2010 given by Dr. Ahmed I. Khatri and others to Rajendra Rameshchandra Chaturvedi and Smt. Veena Rajendra Chaturvedi. The same is taken on record and marked 'X colly.' for identification. The learned Counsel for the parties, on instructions, further state that the consent terms do not affect rights of any party, who is not before the Court. On instructions, they further state that a registered Lease Deed will be executed between the parties within 90 days from today. Statements made, on instructions, by the learned Counsel for the parties are recorded. 3.

After perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that the controversy between the parties is lawfully settled in terms of the 1/2
