The Petitioners herein have sought to quash the FIR No.360 of 2021 registered with Kashimira Police Station for the offences under Sections 448, 365 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 and 3 of Arms Act.

Learned APP states that during pendency of the Petition, on 21 March 2022, the investigating agency has filed B-Summary. In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to file fresh Petition, in the event the learned Magistrate rejects the report and orders further investigation.
