3) Learned APP, on instructions from P.S.I., Meher, V.B. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the trial Court has scheduled the case for framing of Charge on 29th April, 2024.

4) As the Police have submitted Charge Sheet, the Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court, by way of an application for discharge.
