The order passed under Section 390 of Cr.P.C. has been complied with. The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant submits that the management of the school is in the process of reinstating Respondent No.1 and in that eventuality harassment of the other students cannot be ruled out. It is also submitted that the Learned Judge has not appreciated the evidence on record in its proper perspective. Since the appeal is admitted, call for the records and proceedings along with paper-book expeditiously.
