Heard Mr.Kanojiya, learned Counsel for the applicant. The applicant has sought stay of the judgment and decree dated 4.3.2015 passed by the learned 3rd Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ulhasnagar in Regular Civil Suit No.369/2013. By that order, the learned trial Judge dismissed the suit instituted by the plaintiff under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963. In view thereof, the relief claimed in this application cannot be granted. Hence, Civil Application is rejected. Mr. Kanojiya states that the respondent is likely to create third party interest.
