DATED : 30th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- Considering that the subject C.R invoke offence punishable under Sections 65(a)(e), 81, 83, 90(b) and 103 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, let the Investigating Officer issue a notice to the complainant within a period of seven days from today.

Pursuant thereto, he shall report to the Investigating Officer and render his co-operation. The Investigating Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41A of Cr.P.C and in case if he comes to a conclusion that his custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect. Before effecting his arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance. Application is disposed off.
