The applicant appearing in-person makes a grievance in respect of the order dated 11th May, 2015, passed by the learned Principal Judge of the Family Court at Mumbai. The applicant can challenge this order by filing the proceedings before appropriate Court and satisfy the Court. This is not the forum in which challenge the said order, can be entertained. The application is dismissed.

For a period of two weeks from today, the Family Court at Mumbai shall not proceed with the matter. If the applicant fails to produce any order of stay, the Family Court at Mumbai shall proceed with the matter expeditiously after expiry of two weeks from today.
