By this first appeal, the Insurance company is challenging judgement and award dated 29.11.2006 passed by M.A.C.T.,Mumbai, in M.A.C. Application no. 3657/1994 holding that, respondent/claimant is entitled compensation of Rs.2,16,000/- with 6% interest.

Learned Advocate for applicant submits that connected first appeal, arising out of the same cause of action is already admitted.

Considering the submissions of learned advocate for applicant, and impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that appellant has made out a case for following order. Chitra Sonawane 1
a) Admit b) Printing dispensed with.
c) The Appellant is directed to file private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
d) Registry is directed to call record & proceeding immediately.
