The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - developer has defrauded him and other flat purchasers. One of the method adopted according to the petitioner was to sell property twice to different purchasers. Petitioner therefore prays for directions to inquire into such cases. Learned APP has placed on record two communications dated 21st September, 2016. Learned APP submits that the investigating agency has looked into the grievance and registered six crimes, recorded statements

Learned APP submits that FIR registered at the behest of petitioner was already inquired into and charge sheet came to be filed. Learned APP submits that in case any other aggrieved person approaches police with the complaint, the same will be looked into on its own merits.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
