The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicants seeking deletion of the Appellant No.1 and for bringing the heirs of the Appellant No.1 on record who are shown as proposed Appellant in the cause title as the Appellant Nos.1(a) and 1(b) in the above First Appeal. The said heirs have already been brought on record as the Appellant Nos.1 and 2 in the above First Appeal and the Respondents in other two First Appeals. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Appellant No.1 is allowed to be deleted and the heirs of the Appellant No.1 i.e. the proposed Appellants are allowed to be brought on record in the above First lgc
