Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.86 of 2019, registered with the Murbad Police Station, Thane Rural, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 306, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that taking the prosecution case as it stands, no offence as alleged under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code is disclosed, qua the applicants. 4.

Learned APP states on instructions that in the said case after investigation, the police have filed a 'A' Summary Report. 5.

The application is accordingly allowed and the interim protection granted vide order dated 25th April, 2019, is confirmed on the following terms and conditions :-

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount ;

(ii) The applicants shall not contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

(iii) The applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
