Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the contents of the application.

The impugned award is stayed on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire amount payable in terms of the award in the reference Court within a period of 12 weeks. If the amount is so deposited, the respondent is permitted to withdraw 75% of the said amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the reference Court. The balance amount may be placed in a fixed deposit of a nationalised bank for a period of 3 years and the same shall be renewed from time to time during the pendency of the First Appeal.
