Accordingly, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on the basis of instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the revision petition already filed. 2] Leave is granted. This petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to pursue the revision petition. In fact, the Revisional Authority is directed to dispose of the revision petition as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.

3] The Petitioner is directed to place authenticated copy of this order before the Revisional Authority.

4] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
