At the outset, Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP submitted that 8 witnesses have been examined and about 5 to 6 more witnesses will be examined. He therefore submitted that an endeavour will be made to conclude the trial within a period of 5 months. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, Mr. Kadu, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if the trial is not concluded within a period of 5 months.
