This Contempt Petition is filed by the father of the child who is 14 years of age. According to the Consent Terms filed between the parties previously, 50% of the vacation period was to be spent by the son with the father. According to the Applicant - father, these terms have not been fulfilled and he was denied access for such period.

We have heard learned Counsel for both the parties. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for mother - Respondent submits that she is ready and willing to send the child to father's house for the remaining period of vacation i.e. from 05/05/2019 to 05/06/2019. This statement is accepted. The Respondent shall ensure that the child goes to the Applicant during this period. 4.

In view of this statement, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
