The applicant/accused is facing charges under sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code in Sessions Case No.9 of 2013 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli in relation to C.R. No.100 of 2013.

The learned Prosecutor informs the Court trial in this case has commenced and seven witnesses are examined in this matter. She has also submitted that earlier bail applications of the present applicant/accused were rejected by the High Court on two occasions. 3.

In view of the above and considering the trial has begun, the application is disposed of.
