No. 91 of 2003 awarding additional compensation of Rs.99,332/- Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and after perusing the impugned judgment and award passed by the Respondent-claimant, I am of the opinion that Appellant has made out case for following order. Admit.
