Criminal Appeal No.633 of 1996 has been disposed of by this Court on 17th March, 2015. At that time, the Appellants were given time of eight weeks to surrender to their bail bonds. 2.

The present application is taken out by original accused No.3 seeking time of four weeks more to surrender to his bail bond. 3.

The learned APP has pointed out that eight weeks given by this Court expired on 13th May, 2015. Thus period of additional four weeks also expired on 13th June, 2015.

As such, as of today, the present Application is rendered infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.
