This application is preferred by Acquiring Body for stay of operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 30.10.2010 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 91 of 2003 holding that the respondents-claimants are entitled to additional compensation in respect of acquiring land.

The learned Counsel for the respondentsclaimants submit that amount was already deposited by the applicant and same was withdrawn by the Sneha Chavan 1/2

In view of subsequent development that amount was already deposited by the applicant and same was withdrawn by the respondents-claimants, nothing survives in the Civil Application.

Hence, Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
