During the trial the appellant/applicant was on bail. He was convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 451 and 354 of ICP and was sentenced to suffer RI for one year on each count and fine amount of Rs.1000/- on each count. Reportedly, the fine amount is already paid. The applicant is already on bail during filing of this appeal.
