P.C.:- Notwithstanding grant of time, the Petitioner is not able to settle the dispute with all the victims of the offence. Therefore, prayer for quashing the First Information Report on the basis of settlement cannot be entertained. The quashing of the First Information Report was sought only on the ground of amicable settlement. 2.
Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition and the same is disposed of. In the event, the Petitioner enters into lawful settlement with all the victims of the offence, we permit the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition.
