This is an application for fixing the early date of hearing for appeal. The Appellant has been convicted under Prevention of Corruption Act. The Appeal was admitted in 2018. 2.

It is submitted that the health of Appellant is deteriorating. He is continuously under medication. He is required to take treatment for Negaloblasptic Arenia.
