1) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. 2) The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 10th May 2016. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as a matter of fact the coaccused namely Pandurang Lande was granted pre-arrest bail by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan by its Order dated 14.4.2016 in Bail Application No.432 of 2016. He submitted that the role attributed to the present applicant and Pandurang Lande is same and similar. The learned APP fairly conceded to the said factual aspect of the matter.

3) In view of the above, interim relief granted by an Order dated 10th May 2016 is hereby confirmed.
