No. 91 of 2021 registered with MIDC Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354D of the IPC and Sections 8 and 10 of the POCSO Act. Applicant is already chargesheeted. He has suffered incarceration for a period of more than eight months. For the offence alleged against the Applicant, maximum punishment provided is of five years imprisonment. I am informed that there are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. As such, case for bail is made out. 2] Applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 1/2
