Challenging the interim order dated 21.3.2017 passed by the respondent no. 3 the petitioner has filed this petition. By the said order, respondent no. 3 has ordered impleadment of the developer as party respondent in the appeal. We find no infirmity in the order passed by respondent no. 3 to add the developer as respondent in the appeal pending before him. In the circumstances, no case is made out to interfere with the impugned order. As a result, petition fails and the same is dismissed.
